Program Details
Assess
We’ll begin with an initial consultation. A member of the Music Commission will schedule a conversation to understand your church’s unique needs and strengths.
Coach
Your church will be paired with a dedicated coach who will work closely with you. They will provide regular guidance and feedback to help you progress.
Resource
Your coach will help you identify resources for your developing musicians to address your church’s specific needs.
Grow!
Our goal is to see the growth of musicians and that your developing music ministry becomes a catalyst for growth in other areas of your church.
